Cutting up the meat

Skiing is slow these days, we're all waiting for the next storm. W Montana really hasn't had any snow (at least more than a 6" dump) for about a month now. We're moving into our 2nd solid high pressure/inversion situation. This week its supposed to be in the 40's in the mountains. The snowpack has stabilized and has a nasty crust on almost all aspects. We're ready Ullr, anytime.

Here's a little video that I put together this fall of J and I butchering the cow elk I got on opening day. Yeah I know this is boring, but I am bored too. And you must be too if you are reading this.
